This week we finally got some cucumbers and the CSA box. I am so excited! I’ve been looking forward to eating cold cucumbers and the middle of all of this heat. Something about them really does make me feel cooler.

7. More lettuce

I can’t wait to make some cucumber sandwiches. Min do have blooms. I am trying a different variety this year as I ran out of the seeds I purchased years ago. I hope they will be as good.

These were v good cucumbers. I think I’ll make a cuke sandwich for lunch. I made homemade mayo for a pasta salad a few nights ago. Yum!
No dill tho… 😦
