- The water bath canner. 16 quart (4 gal). Enameled steel. With lid. Most often used for boiling-water canning, but also doubles as a big-ass pot. Available at AllAmericanCanner.com
- A polyester mesh bag that works great for washing or blanching large quantities of veg.
- The big black beast. Weighs enough to make me work to lift it to the counter. Comes with lots of attachments.
